Friends: We’re in different nutritional times now. Maybe 50 years ago people didn’t tune into this. Now, we should. All of us. At all ages. Even kids should be studying nutrition basics early on. Understanding nutrition is an ongoing learning process. I’m not suggesting we should all obsess over every little thing, but I do think it’s in our best interest to tune into nutrition.
